Accessibility statement
We want bioscartilage.click to be understandable and operable for people with disabilities. This statement describes our current goals, practical limits, and how to reach us with feedback.
Conformance goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for web content we control. Because the Site may link to third-party maps or fonts, those components may have separate accessibility characteristics.
What we test for
Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings, form labels and error text, color contrast for core UI, and reduced-motion support through your operating system preference.
Known limitations
Embedded map iframes may not expose the same keyboard affordances as the rest of the Site. Some downloadable facilitator PDFs, if offered under contract, may require remediation for specific assistive technologies—request an alternate format when you order materials.
Reasonable accommodations for services
If your team needs captioning, sign language, or pacing adjustments during live sessions, tell us in writing before the first delivery date so we can coordinate with your procurement and HR teams.
Feedback and support
Email question@bioscartilage.click with subject “Accessibility” and include the page URL, browser, and assistive technology in use. You may also call (931) 473-9355.
Formal complaints
Customers who believe they have been denied equal access may pursue remedies available under the Americans with Disabilities Act or other applicable federal or state law. We welcome the chance to resolve issues directly first.
