Privacy Policy
Effective date: May 14, 2026. This Policy describes how Bioscartilage (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use bioscartilage.click (the “Site”) and related services offered in the United States.
Who we are
Bioscartilage, 1014 S Chancery St, McMinnville, TN 37110, United States. Contact: question@bioscartilage.click, phone (931) 473-9355.
Scope
This Policy applies to information collected through the Site, email, phone, and written contracts. It is intended to meet common expectations under U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA/CPRA”). It also summarizes rights for visitors from other countries where applicable.
Information we collect
We may collect identifiers (name, email address, phone number if you provide it), professional or employment-related information you choose to share, customer records content you include in messages, internet or other electronic network activity (such as browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL), geolocation data inferred at a city or region level from IP address, and inferences drawn from the foregoing to prioritize support responses.
Sources
We collect information directly from you, automatically through cookies and similar technologies where permitted, and occasionally from service providers acting on our instructions.
How we use information
We use personal information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, perform contracts, operate and secure the Site, comply with law, and improve our content where permitted. We do not use the Site to sell products to children.
Sharing and “sale” / sharing under California law
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under CPRA. Certain disclosures to service providers may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under broad legal definitions if those providers use data for their own purposes; our agreements prohibit that use for data we control. California residents may review additional detail in our California privacy notice.
Your U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing activities. We honor applicable state laws including, where relevant, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia privacy statutes as updated from time to time. Submit requests using the contact information above; we will verify reasonable requests consistent with law.
California residents
California residents have specific rights under CCPA/CPRA. See the California privacy notice for categories, purposes, retention, and how to exercise rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
Cookies and analytics
Optional analytics or marketing technologies run only if you opt in through our cookie banner. Necessary storage supports consent records and basic Site functionality. See the Cookie Policy.
Retention
Contact and prospect records are retained for up to twenty-four (24) months unless a longer period is required by contract or law. Security logs that may contain identifiers are retained on a short rolling basis, generally not more than ninety (90) days, unless needed to investigate an incident.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No online transmission is completely secure.
Children’s privacy
The Site is directed to adults in a workplace context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner that violates the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
International visitors
If you visit from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract, legitimate interests, or consent as described in your jurisdiction, and you may have additional rights.
Changes
We may update this Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
